In the beginning I was not sure to order a Viktor and Rolf Blossom Bag on this website. However, I'm very happy with my purchase, especially it was the only place that had this model available. The order came fast and easy.
Be aware of extra fee if you order to Europe.

I ordered a pair of the Felix x Melissa sandals from Nonnon and everything is just great. They arrived promptly and were a bargain. It’s my first pair of these and they’re so comfy, I have plans for ordering more from them. Also they smell amazing!

i was a bit anxious because the lazy oaf x melissa sandals are soldout everywhere in my size but this website had some instock and there's also additional 20% off, which was too good to be true. however, i decided to just try my luck and im so glad i did. The shoes came so quick and in perfect condition!! i have no regrets purchasing from them, thinking of getting another pair :)

I was worried about ordering off nonnon as of the bad reviews but i ordered a pair of melissas and they came in perfect condition in a melissa box , i ordered about 10pm on tuesday and they game about 9am friday, would definitely recommend

I ordered the lazy oaf x Melissa sandals which I was a bit worried about as I had seen reviews here about delivery taking a long time but I assume they must’ve only been covid delays as I received my shoes in 3 days, the whole process was trackable and it was shipped the same day. The packaging and shoes smelled delightful which was a happy surprise and I’m absolutely in love with the shoes !! Would definitely recommend this site

at first i was really nervous after reading the reviews, and i got no information about them, but they came in 5 days and they are so comfy

I was really sceptical after reading the reviews but the shoes I wanted didn't seem to be available anywhere else, including the 'official' Melissa website. I ordered the shoes on the 7th March, got correspondence about the order on Monday 8th and a Royal Mail tracking email on the 9th March. They were delivered today, the 10th!
They are absolutely genuine and better than expected. I would less hesitant to use this site in the future, based on this experience. One thing to add, is that I signed up and have a username and login for the company now. This shouldn't make a difference but you never know.

Excellent! I was a little worried about ordering from this site due to some of the reviews. But as the recent reviews were good I thought I would give it a go, and so glad I did. I ordered on the Wednesday evening and item received Friday morning. I had signed up to the newsletter so had got 20% off my order which made it even better. Would definitely use again!

As many here I was a bit hesitant to order the shoes from nonnon.co.uk.
Finally, I ordered 3 pairs of melissa flats. Given so many negative reviews, I followed up with the customer service a day after I had submitted the order and they answered within a day.
I ordered them Saturday evening and Wednesday midday they were at may place, within less than 3 working days! Quick service and really good value. 20% off first order was an additional treat. To recommend.

I purchased a pair of VW shoes, however, when they arrived, they did not fit. I sent these back to Non Non by Royal Mail (Sending them proof of postage) they have refused to give me a refund for these shoes as they say that the parcel has not arrived!!!! £80 I am out of pocket now, thanks to this company!!!

Never ordered before so was worried but the delivery was within 5 days, shoes were packed properly and were of a very high quality, will deff order again and recommended to friends and family.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter the Vivienne Westwood mellisa orb bow ones. They were priced at £110 everywhere else but in the sale Here they were £88 after ordering Them I decided since it was a new company I haven’t used before I would read some reviews As I wanted to see what they were like for delivery etc and was instantly worried but it was too late hy this point. However I ordered them late on Thursday evening and emailed the company due to being worried because of the reviews who literally responded within half an hour saying they would be here by the end of Tuesday and they arrived on time. Excellent prices and customer service so would definitely use the company again they also sent me a 20%off code when I registered my email with them too When making the order which will reduce the prices even further. Don’t be put off by all of the negative reviews even huge companies get negative reviews now and then but honestly speaking my experience with them was great.

I have bought from this site on and off for a few years. After reading the most recent reviews I were worried but decided to order anyway based on my own past experience and I’m glad I did. Shoes ordered 13/08. With Royal Mail 18/08 delivered 19/08. Shoes in perfect condition as always. Would 100% recommend.
